Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Plain English summary: We collect only what you type into our forms, plus standard server logs. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics beacons. We never sell your email. Want your data gone? One email: hello@seedloop.studio.

1. Who is responsible

Seedloop, a Massachusetts (USA) sole proprietorship, is the data controller for this site. Contact: hello@seedloop.studio. This policy binds Seedloop and its successors and assigns; a change in our legal form does not reduce your rights.

2. What we collect

Only two things:

1. What you submit in our forms: your email address, the number of sites you manage, the plugin names you ask us to check, and how you heard about us (source channel). 2. Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — the ordinary technical records any web server produces, used for security and debugging.

That's the whole list. We use no cookies, no third-party trackers, and no analytics beacons. There is no hidden collection: if you didn't type it into a form, we only have the server-log basics above.

3. What we use it for

4. Where it lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers KV), served from Cloudflare's US/global edge network. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider (a data processor); they do not use your data for their own purposes. If and when paid subscriptions launch, payments will be handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record — Paddle will process your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store your card number.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept while we operate the early-access list or your account, and deleted on request. Server logs are short-lived operational records.

6. Your rights (everyone)

Email hello@seedloop.studio and we will delete your data, correct it, tell you what we hold about you, or unsubscribe you from updates. Every update email also includes an opt-out.

7. EU, EEA, and UK visitors (GDPR / UK GDPR)

8. California visitors (CCPA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we collect only the categories listed in section 2. You may request access to or deletion of your information at hello@seedloop.studio; we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We are below the CCPA's business thresholds, but we honor these requests regardless.

9. Children

This service is for professionals managing websites and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

Updates to this policy appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially expands what we collect or how we use it, we will notify subscribers by email first.
