Refund Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Plain English summary: Everything on this site is currently free — nothing to refund yet. When the paid plan launches, payments go through Paddle, and you'll get a 14-day money-back window on your first payment, no questions asked. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

1. Current status: everything is free

PluginCheck today consists of a free published report and an early-access request form. No money changes hands yet, so there is nothing to refund. This policy takes full effect when the paid subscription launches; we publish it now so you know the deal before you ever pay.

2. Who actually sells you the subscription

When paid plans go live, all payments will be processed by Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record and seller of record for every transaction: your receipt comes from Paddle, your card statement shows Paddle, and refunds are issued by Paddle. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the transaction; this page explains how we instruct Paddle to handle refunds for PluginCheck, and nothing here reduces the rights Paddle's terms or your local law give you.

3. Our refund commitment: 14 days on your first payment

If PluginCheck isn't what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will approve it in full — no questions asked, no hoops. This window matches Paddle's standard refund handling and the 14-day statutory withdrawal right that consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and UK already have for the first payment under a subscription.

To request one, either:

Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Renewal payments

Subscription renewals are charged automatically. If a renewal goes through that you didn't intend — you meant to cancel, or forgot the subscription was active — contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and, provided the service hasn't been materially used in the new period, we will refund that renewal. Requests outside that window, or after substantial use in the new period, are considered case by case and handled consistently with Paddle's refund policy.

5. Cancelling (so you never need a refund)

You can cancel anytime from your Paddle-provided subscription management link (on every receipt email) or by emailing hello@seedloop.studio. Cancellation stops all future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't do cancellation fees, retention hoops, or "call us to cancel."

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under your local law — including the 14-day withdrawal rights in the EU/EEA/Switzerland/UK and the cancellation windows some other countries provide (which Paddle honors per its refund policy). Where local law gives you more than this page does, local law wins.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund via Paddle is faster for you and cleaner for everyone. We honor every legitimate refund under this policy, so a chargeback should never be necessary.

8. Successors

This policy binds Seedloop and its successors and assigns; if our legal entity changes, the commitments on this page carry over unchanged.
